Add Strict Assignment to Collections

A way to know where cards are located. Great for staples and key cards, or any card really. An example to this would be: - Sol Ring [6 owned] (Deck 1, Deck 2, Deck 3 ect ect.) . - FrostCzar#8994

@ZeroSigma yes, i tried out deckbox when deciding on a platform… even though i like feature-filled software, i just couldnt get around the interface. There is a certain emersiveness/escapism in working with moxfield i value….

@ripcordian I totally agree, I love the look and feel of Moxfield, it’s just the basic version of this feature that caused me to go to Archidekt from Deckbox.

Can we get an update on this feature?

This was a feature request 3+ years ago, I don’t think they know how to do it. Shame.

I guarantee they know how to do it.

The feature, from the db perspective, is a pretty straightforward mapping table between collection record and a deck record, with a quantity attribute and validations to constrain the value.

I imagine the real difficult questions are UI/UX related.

Surely the easiest non-intrusive way to do it would be to simply, in the collection view, change the binder assignement variable each card has to a general ‘location’ category (or similar name) and you can select a binder or a deck
