Strict Assignment

Check In/Out system for your collection. Cards in your collection are marked as being in certain decks, or marked as being in your Collection. When you make a new deck, you can ‘Check Out’ the cards nto the deck, and when you take apart a deck you can ‘Check In’ the cards back into your collection. If the cards are not in your collection, they could be added, or if you do not have any free copies it adds another copy into your collection - Theoretical Fish#8880
