Tag System Changes

Tags are probably my favorite features of Moxfield, but they’re really fiddly to work with. I have four suggestions to make tags easier to use:
1 - Allow renaming a tag (today you have to change the tag of each individual card one by one).
2 - Allow reordering tags in decklists (today I have to name my tags “1 - Card Draw” to make sure card draw options show up first).
3 - Allow selecting multiple cards to drag into a tag all at once (today the most efficient method is going into bulk edit and Ctrl+V the tag name for all relevant cards).
4 - Allow editing global tags from a dedicated page (today you have to fiddle with them as they come up in decks, especially since there’s no click and drag option). - Dale#2672
