Add the Ability to Bulk Move Cards/Change Tags from the Deck Page

Someone in my group pointed out that Moxfield doesn’t have a way of quickly selecting multiple cards and applying a tag at once to all of them.

Could we get some Ctrl + Click multi-select functionality added? Would be useful for tagging, changing locations (sideboard, considering), deleting, etc. - Wisecompany#6371

I would absolutely love this, would help me a ton for mass editing my decks with multiple swaps

Also maybe the ability to use the search function to also apply this paint brush e.g. the existing scryfall search on the deck page for function:ramp -> apply tag “Ramp”

I seriously WISH I knew a way to bulk move cards to sideboard/main deck, it takes FOREVER to alt+3 every single card in my 60 card sideboard/100 card main deck

@Obsidian, if you’re moving literally all the cards from a board, you may have an easier time going to Bulk Edit and then copying and pasting all the cards from one board into the other.

Being able to use right-click or keyboard shortcuts on a group title would be amaaaaazing. e.g. Moving all lands or #!draw at once.

@Kerakis // Rob can we get a better mass tag renamer system? I saw some old suggestions that asked and it never was implemented, or if it was it’s hidden in an awful location never to be accessed. I don’t want to bulk edit global tags, I want to bulk edit tags on a per-deck basis. It would be wonderful if I could click on the tag itself and have the option to rename it, which would then modify each currently tagged card with said name and give it the new tag. For example, if I had two tags I named “Ramp - Dorks” and “Ramp - Rocks” and I realize I don’t have enough of either to justify separate tags, I’d love to be able to easily swap all of of the tagged cards in one fell swoop without leaving the main interface. Technically it’d be two swoops in my idea since I’d have to do it once for “Ramp - Dorks” and again for “Ramp - Rocks,” but the system should retag them on the backend.

If it paints the picture better, when you currently click on a tag you have two options: Copy Section to Clipboard, and Buy All. I suggest having a third for Rename Tag that would apply the new tag and automatically reomve the old one (presumably just overwriting the name).

The tagging system and overall UI is what brought and kept me using Moxfield compared to the competition, and a friend of mine hosts a competition for deck building where tags sometimes matter. I love flavorful tags and sometimes that flavor changes as I continue tagging and figure other aspects that could be used.
