Add "Remove from Binder" link for card menu in binders

Currently clicking on the menu for the card and selecting “Remove” removes it from the “Collection”, not the “Binder.”

Adding a “Remove from Binder” link would both give the user easy access to a function and clarify that “Remove” is “Remove from Collection”
