Tribal/typal is a major MTG/Commander archetype with mechanical relevance. Many theme decks are focused on non-mechanical themes such as art, names, or references that have no functionally outside of some silver-bordered/acorn cards. It is not apparent or intuitive that Tribal should fall under Theme.
