Tell me in search when a card is in my Considering or Sideboard

Search tells me when a card is in my deck already via [-] [ 1] [+] controls.

I’d also like search to tell me when a card is already on another board, or else I’m just going to wind up re-adding it to my Considering or Sideboard on every pass through my searches despite it already being there, and I’ll wind up with like 3 of that card in my Considering list the next time I look.

It doesn’t need to tell me the numbers — it’s fine if it just tells me it’s present in that list already.
