Add Tokens Created by Dungeons/The Initiative/Undercity to the Tokens Section/Playtester

In Moxfield Playtest, when a deck has The Initiative/Undercity in the Command Zone or the 99, it would significantly reduce friction if those tokens were added automatically to the quick select of Add Tokens. - PapaPauper#1234
