Add In and Out Boards

add an in and out boards to plan deckbuilding, I am currently using the sideboard and consideringboard as such, but it gets weird when it mixes with actual sides and actual cards I consider - Ensioc#6121

Right now I would use an “out” board for a tribal deck I’m working on. There are members of the tribe that will show up whenever I search for them, but which I already know will not work for the deck—they’re not strong enough, or exist for synergy unrelated to the deck’s theme.
