Collapsible Deck Sections

Collapsible sections of your deck. If I only want to see creatures, be able to collapse my planeswalkers, instants, sorceries, etc. Same for being able to collapse based on tags. - SHEESH#6350

This feels like a dependency for the implementation I put forward on #231.

Yes please, this would be extremely helpful for packages where you might have hundreds of cards as well.
