Deck Versioning

As a Deckbuilder I would like to be able to tag(version/releases) versions of the deck, so other users are able to review changes between different versions of a deck. Currently there is a history of a deck with which one is able to review the changes of a deck but it only shows cards in and out, but there is no version marker or something. So versions are difficult to comprehend or what the intend was.

Having the ability to add different tags would be great, being able to add some notes to the tag like release notes would be awesome. - sp3c1#9062
