Easy way to switch cards to a different language in deck/search

Hi I would love if there was an easier way to swtich cards to a different language instead of using syntax, i play cedh and you know we love our bling so it sometimes gets annoying that i cant like right click a card and then choose “switch language” and then a drop down would appear and i could click french, japanese, chinese etc.

This could possibly to hard to do with like how your database or something similar is setup. I am assusming you pull off of scryfall however. Please tell me if i am wrong tho, Thanks!
