Allow "general" collection tag, regardless printings

When using the “Collection button” to see which card you have in your collection, it tells you if you have that much quantity, REGARDLESS of which printing you have. So you don’t have to split the printing each time.
This feature-like is used on the PiltoverArchive site for Riftbound.
