Display original name of card

When there’s a card that’s just a reskin listed on the card itself, for example, Porom’s Silence Magic for Silence, can you add a setting to always show the original name of the card in the card list?

For example in this screenshot, can I have it always default to showing silence here?

In your user settings, you can ignore flavor names.
