Add points in Canlander next to cards if they have one

Having which cards are what points next to card names in Canlander only lists.
This will help in deck construction, especially for newer people adding in cards, or adapting a commander deck into a Canlander format and see what needs to be removed to meet point guidelines. Thanks!
