Change Bottom Banner Ad

I am fine with the website needing to have ads to operate. but the bottom pop up ad blocks comfirmation windows (IE when applying filters) and the main content of the page. there is a close button on the ad window but this does not close the ad. please change the bottom pop up ad to a side ad.

We’re working with our ad provider now to get these removed. These ads are breaking our agreement with them, and are not what we want on the site. They will hopefully be removed soon. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
