Currently in the Deck list History, you can see time stamps for every change made to the list.
This is super useful for myself so that I can see when I made changes. I use it a lot to reflect on batches of changes I made in the Deck List so that I can update my paper decks accordingly, etc..
However, I do not always want to make this information public. Because it is telling the whole world the exact time periods when I was using the site. I dont like the fact that any person who I share the deck list with, or anyone using Moxfield, can see down to the minute every time I had activity here.
I would much prefer to be able to control the accessibility of this information to others. One or more of these options would be preferred
make all the History and “Last Updated” timestamps private and not shown publicly (even better if this could be configured on a per-deck basis)
if History and Last Updated times are shown they should at least be a lot more ambiguous, and only show “upated today” instead of showing exactly how many minutes ago some event occured ; similarly, the exact time stamps should NOT be visible when you mouse-over it either
I recognize that the Last Updated time is also used heavily for the Explore and Search features to be able to search by last updated and show recently updated decks. I dont want this behavior to change at all. All of the current site behaviors regarding searching and filtering and sorting decks and deck update events based on time stamps are great. I just dont want my deck lists to display the exact time stamps to other users / the public, and preferably in many cases it should not display the time stamps at all and instead perhaps just use more broad ambigous terms for display.
