Add a collapse button to the deckview's preview panel

The deckview panel takes up a lot of screen realestate, especially in the Visual Grid and Visual Spoiler views.

The preview panel is a large contributor. Making it collapsible would largely solve this issue.

Attached is a demo using a browser plugin.
