Add reproducible seeds to Goldfishing

There does not seem to be a way to replay a hand with the exact same seed (same opening hand, same library order, same shuffles etc).

E.g. to check if different plays would lead to better board states.

Maybe even display the current seed and allow entering it manually somewhere. That way you could send it to your friends as challenge “can you make inf tokens by turn 3 with this seed”.
