Combined Deck Version History

Let users to opt into semi automated - semi manual versioning.

Steps:
1) let users choose naming convention. (v#A, v#.## or even dated v#.yyyy.mm.dd; Let users choose separators as they wish.)
2) As a simple bit of automation: combine changes by date and time stamps. Maybe I change 2 cards when a set comes out and then dont make changes for a week. Then change another card. These are minor changes than gutting 10 cards for another 10 cards.
3) prompt a user so they can qualify if the change is minor or more major (or just part of the same version). Or also let them add a new level (forcing a minor or major change).
