Allow CE/ICE to be legal in Old School

Both CE/ ICE are marked as illegal in the Old School format when they are accepted in every version of the format except for Swedish. Is it possible to remove this as there are a lot of people that use CE/ ICE in the format. Thanks!

The format legality for this one is controlled by Scryfall — we just pass it through to the user. And so we can’t change that. You’d need to ask Scryfall to do this.
