Include Basics Toggle for Bling-O-Meter's deck value

Bling O Meter value currently ignores basics for calculating a deck value. I’d like to be able to toggle including basics, especially for things like Arena1999 foils, and APAC/Euro lands, foil-unhinged lands etc.

And auto include above a certain value would even more accurately assess the deck price in these cases.
