Individual Card Discussion

Would like to have a feature where you can directly add comments on a card (reason for exclusion/synergies/ect..) directly on the main deck building screen so that when you hover over the card there is a spot on the left below the card image (or somewhere) where it also displays those individual card discussion notes. This is preferrable over trying to write things up in a primer.
