Include Face To Face Games in Pricing & Affiliates

I know including an additional card vendor in the pricing options would probably require a lot of hoops, but I’m sure there are many like me who predominantly purchase from them because they’re based in Canada, and it would be convenient and more accurate for us if we could go by their pricing instead of trying to figure out which of the currently available vendors has the closest pricing instead.
