Remove view/likecount when a deck's commander is changed.

Right now people are abusing the metrics of decklists to populate popular commanders with subpar decklists at the very top. By taking old decklists, stripping all the cards from them but keeping the analytics from their previous deck, these “ghost analytics” rocket decklists that are lacking to say the least to the top of suggestions of players. For new players this can lead to them crafting decks based off these bad lists which leads to them feeling disheartened and having bad experiences with the game we all love.

If the analytics are removed when the commander is removed, this removes this exploit entirely and helps encourage competent deck building, not opportunistic uploading.
