Deck search filter: Add budget/estimated cost filter

My group sets a limit on cost of the decks we can use (commander), and adding this filter when searching decks on Moxfield would be EXTREMELY helpful. Right now I have to click on each individual deck to see the estimated cost, then go back and click on the next, etc.

Alternatively - show estimated cost for each deck on the results list.
