A NOT function when using the filter in explore decks

The ability to search NOT “x” format when filtering formats so i can search for a card in a decklist that is in modern, pioneer and standard at the same time without commander taking up majority of the slots without using sort by format so i can still sort by view count.

Harry, John, and I were discussing this feature last weekend. It is in the works. It is one of many things that rely on the huge architectural changes taking place currently.

Does this mean more filter functionality will come once these architechure changes come?

To my knowledge, that is indeed the plan.

Will ‘NOT’ apply to other filters as well, such as card names, tags, and brackets? My current wish is to be able to search for decks with a certain commander that are not tagged as cEDH or bracket 5, and maybe exclude some of the cEDH-typical cards that I’m not interested in using, for good measure.
