Import Decks from deckstats.net

Ability to create a deck by importing from a deckstats.net url that points to a deck list.
Import should include the deck name, cards, card categories, card printing, and public deck notes.

DeckStats is currently imploding after breaking deckbuilder functionality with ads (and not communicating with users), so it might be a small community but I am migrating here and can’t be the only one trying to do so…

Also trying to migrate and could use some built-in support to help move over printing details, etc.
