Set default language/remember when adding cards to the collection

Most of my cards are non-english. When adding new cards to the collection, I always have to re-set the language.

It would be good to:

• be able to set a default language for adding new cards
• the dialog could remember the last selected language

In your User Preferences https://www.moxfield.com/account/settings/preferences you can set the Default Scryfall Query to ((in:pt lang:pt) or (-in:pt lang:en) or -in:en) to default to PT (Portuguese) cards when they exist, and fall back to english cards if they don’t exist in PT. Replace each instance of “pt” with your language, but keep the “en” ones for cards that are ONLY in English.

That said, Moxfield does not yet officially support non-english cards and you may run into some issues with pricing, Scryfall not having card images, etc.

But for adding cards to the collection, the default scryfall query is missing

+1 to remember the last selected language

+1 to remembering the last selected language. that would help immensely when adding a bunch of non-english cards in a row. Especially since the collection offers no bulk edit to correct the language selection afterwards.
