View Brewer's public decks organized in folders

Other peoples’ public decks should be navigable the same way your own decks are organized.

For instance, I heard on a podcast that Sam Black has a gauntlet of 25 OldSchool decks. If I want to copy his public lists, I should be able to navigate to a page that has all of those decks of that format in one place.
